Are all artworks original?

Yes. Every piece in the Roopali Arora Art collection is a one-of-a-kind original painting. Once sold, it is gone — there are no prints or reproductions.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. If you have requested custom stretching or framing, please allow an additional 2–3 weeks for delivery.

How are the artworks packaged?

Rolled canvases are shipped in protective tubes. Stretched and framed works are carefully wrapped and boxed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Can I request custom stretching or framing?

Yes! Please contact us at hello@roopaliaroraart.com before placing your order to discuss custom stretching and framing options.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! If you are based internationally and interested in a work, please get in touch to request a quote.

How do I care for my painting?

Keep your artwork away from direct sunlight and high humidity. Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
